Rev. Donald G. Milner, Jr.
Pastor Don as he prefers to be called, accepted the call to the Suffolk Pentecostal Holiness Church in November, 2003. He graduated from Southwestern Christian University in 1968 and ever since has been actively pastoring churches in Oklahoma, Nebraska, North Carolina and Virginia. He truly has a pastors heart and enjoys teaching and preaching with the church family foremost in his mind.
Pastor Don met and married his lovely wife Judy while in college. “Miss Judy” teaches first grade at First Baptist Christian School in Suffolk, VA. Together they have been blessed with three talented children. The oldest daughter Christine is married to Paul Lovell from Powhatan, VA where they currently live with their three children. They are extremely active in the Boy Scouts of America. Paula, the second daughter is married to Rev. Carl Woody, and currently reside near Greenville, SC, where they, and their three children are actively involved in children and youth ministry, as well as being professional clowns known as Joyset Ministries. The youngest and only son, Steven is a graduate of Emmanuel College in the School of Christian Ministries. He has received his minister’s license in the IPHC. He is married to Keri Milner from Stockbridge, GA and currently reside in Chesapeake.
Pastor Don calls himself, “just an ordinary man, touched by an extraordinary God, serving all of God’s family.”
